LA Girl Pro Conceal Swatches and Review / by Erin Baynham

IMG_5976 copy When the social media world goes nuts over bargain products, you know they must be really, really good. So as usual, I had to go ahead and place an order. I wasn't too sure which colors I really wanted, so I bought these five. Grand total? $15.

Yep, that's right. These concealers are only $3 each. They are thick enough to cover almost anything! They're opaque and quite long lasting. They have a brush applicator that makes them easy to apply, but you'll still want to use a sponge, brush or your finger to get them to blend.

Here's a closer look. Very pigmented, and distinctively warm or cool toned.

But there's a catch. The bad news is these oxidize. A lot. Just a few minutes after taking the picture, the outer perimeter of the swatches got darker and darker. I wore "Toast" on my wrist for about 20 minutes, then did a side by side comparison.

I'm not going to say these are a total bust. Again, people rave over them all the time. I've used these to highlight in the past, and the oxidation wasn't a huge issue for me. If you buy them, I'd say it's a good idea to do a test run with them before you rear them out. You might have to go a shade or two lighter than you anticipated. These definitely last all day, which is a bonus. All in all, not a bad find!
