The Daily Routine

Wassup, Wassup, Wassssssssuuuuuuuuuup?!?!

What a long week. Seriously, I am so happy the weekend is here! I work all weekend, but hey, you gotta take care of business! I am going to do alot of reviewing within the next few months. I want to turn Scandalous Beauty into a superblog with more features! I also want to always have fresh info for you, so I will try to post twice a week. School ends in three weeks, so that is much more time to focus on the site.

I have a few new skincare and body products that I am trying out. I am going to use them all for a couple of weeks at a time, to try and see how they work on my skin. I'll report back when the results are in! I'm currently trying out the entire line of Mixed Chicks hair products. I love the idea of a haircare line for those of biracial and multiracial backgrounds. Very innovative Wendi and Kim! Mixed Chicks is supposed to help define and un-frizz our luscious locks. I'm not biracial or multiracial, but I have lots of spirals hidden in my teeny weeny afro!

I am going to go ahead and let you see my daily routine. This is a rut that I have put myself into, and I need to get out of it! I mean gee, can I get some new scenery in my bathroom?!? I use Clinique's Wash Away Gel Cleanser. I was at a local Cosmetic Company Store and just tried it.

*The Estee Lauder Cosmetic Company store is an awesome store that sells limited edition and overstocked items. They sell almost every line that Lauder owns, including Lauder (duh), Clinique, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Stila, Origins, Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger, Prescriptives, etc. The best part about it is that all cosmetics are sold at a 30% discount!*

Anywho, the cleanser made my skin feel super duper clean, which I had never felt before. My skin literally felt sparkling clean. I have used it for the past 3 years because my super slick oily skin loves it!

I also use the Exfoliating Scrub by Clinique. I bust it out once a week, paying special attention to areas that are dry and flaky. The grains are really tiny, but I believe they are just the right size to really buff away dead skin. I started buying that 4 years ago, and still love it to death.

I never really found that moisturizer that made my skin feel like silk. Still searching though!

Coming Up...reviews from Shiny Mama, Juice Beauty, Aveda and MUCH more! Until next time...stay gorgeous!
